profile, an evolution of it's big brother, the Tempest, facilitates the
use of the accelerator system all the way through the speed range,
without compromising stability. Only
the latest, best materials have been used in the Kali's construction to
prolong its usable life as much as possible. Also a unique, extremely
tight quality control system in the Windtech factory ensures a perfect

The Kali is the first intermediate paraglider certified DHV 1-2
designed with powerful new design software, enabling us to achieve a
perfect crease and wrinkle free shape which improves general efficiency
and performance. >
The vault (wing radius) and lines of the Kali are longer, resulting in
a larger projected surface for the same flat surface area. Line
consumption has also been improved, reducing profile drag, and the
Kali's sink rate is very low. Meanwhile, the glide angle of the Kali is
a half point better than any other intermediate wing! >
The profile of the Kali evolves along the span. This gives the best
handling of any glider in this category. The Kali is very manoeuvrable
with light, accurate handling climbing effortlessly in any kind of lift.
