As part of the carlosparaglide warranty, we undertake to rectify any defects in our products that are attributable to manufacturing faults. In order for a warranty claim to be asserted, carlosparaglide must be notified immediately on discovery of a defect and the defective product sent in for inspection. The manufacturer will then decide how a possible manufacturing fault is to be rectified (repair, replacement of parts or replacement of the product). This warranty is valid for three years from the date of purchase of the product.

 The Carlosparaglide.com warranty does not cover any claims other than those listed above. Claims in respect of damage resulting from careless or incorrect use of the product (e.g. inadequate maintenance, unsuitable storage, overloading, exposure to extreme temperatures, etc.) are expressly excluded. The same applies for damage attributable to an accident or to normal wear and tear.

 Paragliding, Hang Gliding,  as with any form of flight, carries potential risks including personal injury, property damage, or death. This sport can be as safe or as dangerous as you choose to make it. Do not purchase equipment or participate in this sport unless you are prepared to personally assume ALL risks ,We STRONGLY recommend the purchase of professional training from a certified instructor before you attempt to use or fly Paraglidiers / Powered Paraglider ,hangglider equipment. Legally, you can train yourself, but your chances of an accident or death are greatly increased without quality, certified training. Choose instructors with experience in varied sites and conditions, and with the demonstrated ability to teach how to safely fly from locations you would like to fly from yourself. For the relatively low cost of Certified,  DON'T RISK IT!.

 Beware of dealers/instructors who will only train you, or allow you to fly their training sites if you buy their equipment. Your money is probably their biggest concern, not YOUR SAFETY or the sport of Powered Paragliding.

Beware of purchasing used equipment,  Do it Yourself Home builder PPG kits, PPG Plans or anything for sale on Ebay at "cheap" prices .  You normally get what you pay for. Carlosparaglide.com promotes only quality, value for money products, not "cheap" products

Limitation of Liability

Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
