Pulling Together for Charity
September 13th,
2008 saw 640 people attempt to pull an aircraft. No, it wasn’t because
of sky-high gas prices; it was a fundraiser in support of Project Clear Skies
and the United Way/Centraide Ottawa. A grand total of $33,000 was
raised in this unique tug of war, proving what can be accomplished when
everyone “pulls” together.
